It’s a great way to see how locals shop and get a feel for the island's vibrant energy. Once we’ve gathered the ingredients, we’ll head back to the kitchen to roll up sleeves and get to work. You’ll learn the authentic, hands-on techniques of Swahili cooking from balancing exotic flavors to preparing traditional sides before we finally sit down together to enjoy the delicious, home-cooked feast you’ve created.
