About this experience
This is a three star tour and require a moderate fitness level. Tour provides you with unique opportunity to mingle with local peoples and learn their ways of life at an authentic Chagga village.You will also visit a spectacular waterfalls at the edge of the Materuni village with breathtaking view along the way and learn about Arabica Coffee with hands on experience processing coffee beans until you savior up a cup of coffee ,charming happy local peoples with curious children's will make your day and makes you appreciate life in different perspectives. Later you will visit Moshi town for a tour and learn how the town was founded with multicultural local people co existing peacefully despite their different religion,ethnicity and political different and you will end the day with a drink at one of the best rooftop bar with great view of Moshi town and Mt. Kilimanjaro on a clear day

Itinerary and highlights
You will be picked up from Moshi town and drive to Materuni village about 15 km up on the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro approximately 1800M above the sea level and notice the change of weather with cooler climate,lush green landscape.After registration you begin the hike to waterfalls about 45 minutes along banana and coffee farms with breathtaking view along the way
Later you will return to the village for a Coffee tour at a home of a local and learn how Coffee is being cultivated; dried, roasted and further processed .You will also be invited to participate on preparation and savour a cup of coffee you helped to make
After your Coffee tour you will drive back for Moshi town tour and learn the history of the town,visit market,observe how multicultural local people co exist peacefully despite their different religion,ethnicity and political different and finish the day with a drink at one of the best rooftop bar with great view of town and Mt. Kilimanjaro on a clear day
