- Our driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel or residence in Arusha or directly from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK) at the scheduled time. Please ensure you are ready at the reception or designated pickup point at least 15 minutes before departure. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name or booking reference for easy identification. If your pickup location is outside Arusha town, kindly inform us in advance — additional charges may apply depending on the distance. For airport arrivals, please share your flight details in advance to ensure smooth coordination.
